Opportunities
We invest and partner with companies deploying into operationally complex industries
Our thesis
In operationally complex industries, deployment becomes inseparable from the product.
We see deployments as decentralized factories: every customer environment is a production line with its own constraints, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. (read more about this here)
The challenge is in designing a deployment process that delivers a successful outcome repeatedly at scale. We believe engineers trained to understand and improve processes are especially well suited to lead this work for technology companies in critical stages of growth.
The Society of Process Engineers exists to bring together engineers and systems thinkers interested in this emerging function. We are building a talent guild that connects its members with one another and, over time, with opportunities to help technology companies deploy the future.

Explore & request an introduction
Read the company context and responsibilities. Request an introduction or apply directly with the company.
Warm, qualified introductions
We help SPE members connect with relevant teams. We establish fit and ask your permission before making a personal introduction or sharing your profile.
The newsletter & member programming
The planned newsletter will bring together curated portfolio openings, commentary on the work, member programming, readings, recent investments, and perspectives on infrastructure and deployment. Programming can include the Sun Valley retreat and smaller city gatherings; dates and details are shared when confirmed.
An introduction request expresses interest to SPE. It is not a job application or a guaranteed introduction.
